Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email hello@ubuntucollective.ca so that we can help solve the problem.
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as the item is in its original condition.
All items have shipping costs built into the web price, and so refunds will be issued with the shipping cost subtracted from your original purchase total. We are not able to refund the shipping cost associated with shipping your purchase back to us.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the item.
